If you need 3 bedrooms on one level, the Pennington is for you.  The Pennington is one of our favorites.  Beautiful open rails separate the spacious foyer (with enough space for a sitting bench) from the living areas.  Both the upper and lower levels have 9’ ceilings.

The kitchen is marvelous.  It provides extra work space, extra storage space, even an angled island with a breakfast bar.  The appliance package is our finest and you can customize many of these options to fit your needs.

The master bedroom is approximately 13 x 15 plus has a large walk in closet, window seat with recessed lighting, a trayed ceiling.  The master bed has an oversized tub, large vanity, linen closet, and is quite large.  There are 2 additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom on the main level.
